Introduction

Rohn Products International L.C. has developed a method to supply clients with material in the shortest possible timeframe and with greater efficiently. Simply stated the Integrated Tower Solution is a way to warehouse tower components and parts locally, with complete client access. This innovative approach to quickly meeting customer needs starts with a partnership agreement with the client and the development of  a just-in-time inventory management plan. Rohn Products International L.C. working together with the customer rollout personnel develops an inventory strategy based on various site locations and local conditions. Rohn Products International L.C. provides warehousing and free issue to subcontractors and provides installation supervisors to train in the proper procedures for installing Rohn foundations, tower steel, and accessories. Rohn works with the client to manage rollout coordination and contractor problems. Towers are invoiced after release to contractors on a weekly or monthly basis.

Why use the Integrated Tower Solution?

Even with the best planning, all roll-outs are subject to similar delays. The preliminary RF planning can only provide a network overview. This overview is subject to changes due to site acquisition and RF network optimization. The Integrated
Tower Solution is used to minimize delay due to changes in antenna supporting structures. With inventory on hand, changes can be handled quickly and efficiently.

The Integrated Tower Solution targets 3 main areas of the project:

  • Logistical support during the contract implementation phase.
